Celebrating the second year of I-MAK in the USA
I-MAK celebrate its second year in the USA and announce strategical development for the upcoming years! SIPCO-I-MAK, official branch of I-MAK Reduktor in the USA, successfully completed its second year of activity. Established in Houston, Texas, SIPCO-I-MAK now counts more than 15 employees and more than 20 reps over the US territory.
After several participation to major trade shows around the country and thousands of customer visits, SIPCO-I-MAK continues to serve the market with a large range of products and flexible solutions. Earlier this year, the brand also became the first I-MAK mounting centre in North America and consolidated itS stock of ready products, electrical motors and special gears. SIPCO-I-MAK is now able to mount and deliver a combination of several thousand gearboxes In less than 36 hours. Helical gear units(IR Series), parallel shaft gearbox(YP Series) and bevel gear units(IRK Series) are stocked in Houston in a selection ranging from 90 Nm to 8.000 Nm.
SIPCO-I-MAK also propose an extensive range of electrical motors and solutions for automation, 2020 marked the launch of I-MAK new NEMA electrical motors, ranging from 0,5 Hp to 100 Hp, they are now available directly from Houston, Texas.
SIPCO-I-MAK continues to extend its range of products with new solutions and gearboxes. Known for its technical flexibility and adaptability, I-MAK products range will host a new series of gearboxes for the extruder sectors. Already available on helical gear units(IR Series) , parallel shaft gearbox(YP Series), bevel gear units(IRK Series) and heavy duty units (A Series), extruder now have its own serie of gearbox with the new monobloc MAE/MKE Series. The new adition to I-MAK products range comes with 10 sizes of housing and a wide range of ratio. Available with helical or bevel gears configurations, the new gearboxes allow several different mounting position and input options. With a maximal output torque of 36.000 nm, the MAE/MKE series covers a large part of the extrusion market and customer needs.
Despite the COVID-19 impact on the world economy, SIPCO-I-MAK continue to serve customers and coordinate new engineering projects around the USA. As the physical exhibiton are postpounted for this year, SIPCO-I-MAK is launching a new smartphone application allowing customers to access 3D models of the full range of products and follow the global actuality of I-MAK around the world! This new application is also integrating the I-MAK I.Guide products configurator, this features help customers to build up tailor made solutions and directly download a full set of documentation, certificate and 3D drawings.
