WIN EURASIA, Turkey’s First Hybrid Industry Fair is on 10-13 November 2021
Organized by Hannover Fairs Turkey and bringing together industry professionals from dozens of countries every year, WIN EURASIA, the leading industry fair of Eurasia, will physically bring together all industry professionals on November 10-13, 2021.
The fair, which determines its motto as “Industrial Transformation”, will take place in digital environment for the first time this year as well as the traditional physical fair, and will undertake a transformation in the field of fair organization. Thanks to this type of event called hybrid, where physical and digital fairs are held together, sector professionals who cannot travel will also have an opportunity to take part in WIN EURASIA and experience the fair.
The exhibition, which will take place at the Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center, by taking all the protective measures specified by both the World Health Organization and Ministry of Health in the current period, can also be visited at www.win-eurasia.com .
The digital projects that Hannover Fairs Turkey has been working on for a long time gained momentum with the pandemic period and Connection Days online event platform was launched in June 2020. The platform, which hosts many different sectoral events, has shown us that a new era has begun in fair organization.
The WIN EURASIA team aims to provide a hybrid fair experience beyond the expectations of the exhibitors and visitors by combining the vision of the digital events they have held since June with years of physical fair experience. Thanks to the hybrid fair, where all the advantages of the digital age are integrated, visitors will be able to visit exhibiting companies, participate in conferences and interact with other visitors according to their interests, from any device with internet access. Likewise, exhibitors will be able to have bilateral business meetings with buyers from anywhere in the world without leaving their stands and have statistical data about the people who visit their stands.
Hosting the leading companies of the automation, metal processing, welding, electrical, electronic and supply chain management and logistics sectors every year, the fair has started to come to the fore with its conferences, especially in recent years. Many valuable and expert speakers will share their sectoral experiences and trends with the audience for four days. Conferences can be watched live both at the fairground and on the website.
Through Hybrid B2B Bilateral Business Meetings, exhibitors and buyers will have the opportunity to meet both in the designated area in the fairground and online. Beforehand planned meetings will allow exhibitors to meet buyers from anywhere in the world. In addition, visitors will be able to match each other according to their interests and provide chat and video calls through the artificial intelligence-supported online matching system.
