DESCH DPC becomes Tecnamic
Desch DPC GmbH & Co. KG will become a member of the Arntz Optibelt Group with the new name Tecnamic
At the beginning of 2018, DESCH DPC, a former joint venture between the Arntz Optibelt Group and DESCH Antriebstechnik GmbH & Co. KG, will become a fully-fledged, exclusive member of the Arntz Optibelt Group. With it, a renaming of DESCH DPC to Tecnamic will take place.
In the new name, we connect the concepts “technology” and “dynamic” and in doing so characterise very well the self-image of our company says the managing director of Tecnamic, Martin Hammerschmidt. The DESCH corporate group has more than 100 years of experience in drive technology. In 2010, DESCH DPC GmbH & Co. KG was established and has been connected to the Arntz Optibelt Group since 2016 through a joint venture. The product range includes innovative coupling technology, customer-specific belt drive solutions and high-quality drive elements. Its customer-oriented service encompasses technical consultation and design of drive solutions, a flexible logistics concept as well as an international distribution network.
“The products and services of Tecnamic fit perfectly into the business strategy of the Arntz Optibelt Group. Together, we offer our customers comprehensive solutions in the drive sector” says Reinhold Mühlbeyer, Board Chairman of the Arntz Optibelt Group.
